Job Overview

Northside Auto Group is on the lookout for a motivated and innovative Marketing Coordinator to enhance our marketing efforts. This role is essential in aiding the marketing team by organizing and implementing various promotional strategies aimed at boosting brand awareness and fostering customer interaction. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset, outstanding organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong enthusiasm for automotive marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the conceptualization, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across diverse platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to establish and uphold a marketing calendar, ensuring the timely distribution of all promotional materials.
  • Create engaging and persuasive content for social media, websites, email newsletters, and various marketing collateral.
  • Help in the production of promotional items such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
  • Oversee and enhance Northside Auto Group's social media footprint by generating and curating content, addressing inquiries, and tracking trends.
  • Evaluate social media analytics to assess campaign performance and propose enhancements.
  • Assist in organizing and executing promotional events and community engagement initiatives.
  • Manage logistics, including venue reservations, equipment rentals, and staffing, to ensure successful event execution.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor actions, and customer preferences.
  • Aid in data analysis to evaluate marketing effectiveness and provide data-driven suggestions.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to guarantee the successful rollout of marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain marketing databases, files, and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Strong grasp of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems).
  • Experience with CANVA.
  • Familiarity with SEO and SEM practices.
  • Background in graphic design and video editing software.
