Job Summary

Quad IT Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Internet Web Site Technician to join our team. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our web-based systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Administration: Coordinate access and use of computer networks, install web server hardware and software, and maintain, troubleshoot, and administer the use of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software.
  • Network Security: Implement network traffic and security monitoring software, and optimize server performance.
  • Technical Support: Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties, and report on the performance of computer systems and networks.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise other technical support workers in this group.
Work Environment

As a member of our team, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and be able to multitask. The work environment is a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years or equivalent experience
  • Work Setting: Consulting firm, Information technology (IT) infrastructure
