Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
    • Sanitize and wash dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
    • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive and store inventory and supplies.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a variable schedule. The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
