The Opportunity: Management Development Trainee Program
We are seeking ambitious individuals with a strong desire to learn and grow within the distribution industry. This comprehensive program provides you with hands-on experience in all aspects of our business, from warehouse operations and customer service to sales and leadership.
Program Structure: A Four-Phased Journey to Success
- Phase 1: Warehouse & Customer Service Foundations: Gain a deep understanding of our products, logistics processes, and customer service best practices.
- Phase 2: Building Relationships & Procurement Expertise: Develop your skills in managing customer accounts, negotiating with vendors, and reading blueprints to provide accurate quotes.
- Phase 3: Account Management & Proactive Sales: Focus on business development by identifying new opportunities, selling our products, and building strong customer partnerships.
