About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at JERRY PFEIL BAYSIDE CHRYSLER DODGE. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional vehicle maintenance and repair services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues, including engine, electrical, and transmission problems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Estimate and quote repair costs to customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices
Requirements
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification
