Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives and sales targets
  • Manage contract negotiations and ensure acceptable margin achievement
  • Utilize industry knowledge to provide insight into sales growth and service enhancement opportunities
  • Collect and analyze sales data and trends to develop strategic go-to-market initiatives
  • Provide support and guidance with pricing methodologies, organizational structure, and team leadership
  • Stay up-to-date with internal and external market developments and suggest new products, services, and strategies to increase sales
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years' experience managing a sales team, preferably in a national account environment
  • 4 years' experience with a successful sales track record as an individual contributor
  • Experience developing and executing successful sales strategies that align with business initiatives and sales target goals
  • Experience in national account sales and share development, customer contribution within the national accounts division
  • Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multitasking environment
  • Proven ability to interface with multiple departments inside and outside of the home office
  • Strong organizational and process skills
  • Experience developing and executing sales strategies that align with business initiatives
