About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our Nike Retail team. As a Store Associate, you will be the face of Nike, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve Our Consumer: Provide friendly and personalized service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Be the Best of the Best: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, be coachable, and strive for excellence in all aspects of your role.
  • Play by the Rules: Maintain a high level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
  • Strive to Win: Show passion and enthusiasm for Nike products and services, and consistently deliver a positive and engaging customer experience.
Requirements
  • Must be 16 years of age
  • Able to effectively communicate
  • Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service
  • One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred
  • Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs
