Retail Store Manager

Liquor Sphere is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure effective task delegation
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
- Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to inform business decisions
- Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues in a timely and professional manner
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff
- 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Fluency in English
This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and communication skills. You will work under pressure to meet sales targets and customer expectations.
