Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Hudson's Bay. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales results, and enhancing the overall shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, providing personalized service and product recommendations.
- Execute the Customer Service Strategy, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for customers.
- Process all Point of Sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in the execution of seasonal changeover, maintenance, and restocking of departments as per visual merchandise direction.
- Participate in the preparation and execution of the annual inventory count, if required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of cash register systems with basic computer skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
