All Season Fencing Ltd is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines and equipment to produce high-quality plastic products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate mixing machines to blend plastic and other chemicals to a specific consistency and viscosity
  • Unload mixture into container or conveyor for further processing
  • Pack items for shipping and distribution
  • Set up and operate extruding machines to extrude plastic compound through a nozzle or die
  • Change dies on extruding machines according to production line change
  • Set up and operate one or more moulding machines to mould plastic products
  • Prepare and change moulds and adjust equipment for production line change
  • Trimming and sanding plastic or fiberglass parts
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Dependability, reliability, and ability to work as a team player
