Job Title: Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at All Season Fencing Ltd. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines and equipment to produce high-quality plastic products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and inspect the quality of material produced to ensure it meets our high standards.
  • Operate mixing machines to blend plastic and other chemicals to a specific consistency and viscosity.
  • Unload mixture into containers or conveyors for further processing.
  • Pack items for shipping and distribution.
  • Set up and operate extruding machines to extrude plastic compound through a nozzle or die.
  • Change dies on extruding machines according to production line changes.
  • Set up and operate moulding machines to mould plastic products.
  • Prepare and change moulds and adjust equipment for production line changes.
  • Trimming and sanding plastic or fiberglass parts.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Hand-eye coordination and ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
