About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Supervisor to join our team at Motion Fitness. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our facilities team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any safety or cleanliness concerns.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement.
  • Assist our cleaning team in performing their duties and establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
Work Environment

Our facilities can be wet/damp, noisy, and dusty at times. If you are comfortable working in these conditions, we encourage you to apply.
