Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Systems Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our engineering function, you will play a critical role in supporting our Automated Sortation System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system defects using advanced tools and software.
  • Investigate root causes of performance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system issues and improve overall efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist with routine technical surveys, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Applied Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience with IBM Maximo, Coupa, and Oracle software is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, warehouse environment and lift up to 70lbs unassisted.
  • Flexibility to accommodate changing shift times and a strong sense of urgency.
