About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at OpenText. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our largest multinational clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Partner with field sales teams to identify new business opportunities and align OpenText solutions with client strategic direction.
  • Manage client relationships, including contract renewals, upselling, and resolving delivery, billing, and revenue recognition issues.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with client executives and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience managing a diverse portfolio of enterprise customer accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to partner and manage complex relationships across the organization.
  • Ability to navigate complex customer issues across multiple functional areas.
  • Extensive customer/client facing experience, both proactive and reactive.
  • Leadership experience managing PMs, account managers, and/or technical resources in a matrix organization.
  • Previous Sales/Solution Consulting experience.
  • Previous Finance/Revenue experience.
  • Working knowledge of EDI solutions, customer operations, and production support roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or similar discipline.
