Overview:

Role Summary:
As a Clinical Staff Member within the Employee Assistance Program, you will play a vital role in a multidisciplinary team that delivers comprehensive services and programs tailored to our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Employee Assistance Program services, including confidential counseling, case management, and clinical assessments.
  • Manage case assignments, develop treatment strategies, and maintain detailed progress documentation.
  • Create individualized service plans that outline actionable steps for each client, under periodic supervision.
  • Conduct thorough psycho-social evaluations for clients as necessary.
  • Handle crisis calls from the Client Services Center as required.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation approximately every couple of months for a four-day period.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Valid registration with the appropriate regulatory body is mandatory.
  • A minimum of three years of counseling experience is required.
  • Experience in brief, solution-focused counseling is preferred.
  • Familiarity with assessment, crisis intervention, and Employee Assistance Program services is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
