Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the medical department, ensuring that all staff members are working together to achieve our goals.
  • Service Delivery: Coordinate the delivery of healthcare services, including the assignment of healthcare workers to specific projects and programs.
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, including the planning and control of budgets and expenditures.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Quality Improvement: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that healthcare services are delivered in accordance with established standards.
