Job Title: Director, Medical

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Medical to join our team at Pro Vita Care Management.

Job Summary:

The Director, Medical will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of healthcare services within our nursing home. This includes coordinating the work of doctors, nurses, and other staff, as well as developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign healthcare workers to specific projects and programs
  • Coordinate the delivery of healthcare services within the department
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Review budgets and spending to ensure departments operate within funding limits
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for delivery of healthcare services
  • Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff
  • Develop evaluation systems to monitor healthcare services
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Co-ordinate work of doctors, nurses, and other staff
  • Consult with boards of directors, senior managers, and government officials
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
