We are seeking a skilled Alterations Specialist to join our team at David's Bridal. As a key member of our bridal services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every bride feels like a princess on her special day.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to brides and their families, ensuring that they feel valued and supported throughout the alteration process.
- Alteration Expertise: Utilize your technical skills and attention to detail to create flawless alterations, ensuring that every garment meets our high standards.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, stylists, and other team members to ensure seamless execution of alterations and fittings.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and process special orders in a timely manner.
- Quality Control: Inspect all garments altered, steamed, or pressed to ensure pristine condition before final delivery to customers.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent degree.
- Experience: 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment, with prior sewing experience required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, technical sewing skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
