About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Team Lead to join our team at Chicken Chef Family Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff

Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff to ensure that all food preparation and service standards are met.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide on-the-job training and coaching to kitchen staff to improve their skills and knowledge.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.

Ensure Quality Control

Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.

Address Customer Complaints

Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns.

Maintain Records and Reports

Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.

Requirements
  • Availability

Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Language

Fluent in English.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.

Certifications

Must have any required certifications, such as food safety certifications.
