Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialty Leasing Manager to join our team at Primaris REIT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through leasing temporary spaces, sponsorships, and other miscellaneous income.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with vendors and clients, and maintain a robust database of contacts.
  • Brand Management: Ensure that all temporary tenants comply with Centre rules and regulations, and maintain high standards of presentation and service.
  • Communication: Establish open and constant communication with all temporary tenants, and liaise with Marketing and Operations to maintain branding strategies and develop new revenue opportunities.
  • Financial Management: Create and manage the Centre's Specialty Leasing budget, including resolving discrepancies, monitoring revenue, and allocating funds.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of retail leasing or related experience, with a strong understanding of leasing and real estate.
  • Skills: Excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically PowerPoint & Excel, and strong customer service skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a proven self-starter.
