About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Automation Specialist to join our team at ProMach. As a key member of our technical services group, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure automation equipment and systems
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on automation equipment
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to customers
  • Collaborate with engineering and other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automation technologies and trends
Requirements
  • Technical college or university degree in a relevant field (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering)
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical services or maintenance role
  • Strong knowledge of automation technologies and systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid passport and ability to travel within North America
