Role Overview

In collaboration with the Logistics department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met before our products are dispatched. Your meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach will be essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Confirm that part numbers and serial numbers are consistent with both the physical components and the Certificate of Conformance (CofC).
  • Conduct inspections addressing cosmetic issues and ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and possesses the necessary authorizing signatures.
  • Engage with Program Management, Operations, and Engineering teams regarding any documentation discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with Government Quality Assurance representatives.
  • Utilize Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Benchmark Enterprise System effectively.
  • Employ Business Process Management System (BPMS) in daily tasks.
  • Navigate Teamcenter for project management.
  • Generate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) as needed.
  • Assist in the Corrective Action Request (CAR) process.
  • Support the Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with ISO9001/AS9100 standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PDF).

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in quality assurance.
  • Completion of a College Diploma in Quality Assurance.
  • Working knowledge of ISO9001/AS9100 standards.
