Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of our food preparation staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
  • Delivery and Scheduling: Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, establishing work schedules to ensure efficient service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
