Position Overview:
As a Product Owner within the Cards Division at National Bank, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the execution strategy for various projects. Your focus will be on ensuring comprehensive delivery of business capabilities, particularly in the evolving credit card ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize a strategic vision to maximize value delivery, considering interdependencies across sectors.
- Manage and refine the product backlog to align with user needs while balancing IT constraints and stakeholder impacts.
- Take ownership of initiative delivery and contribute to the roadmap for solution development.
- Facilitate effective change management processes that are integrated and holistic.
- Continuously enhance the product to meet both current and future user requirements.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all levels regarding initiative progress and solution status, effectively conveying the product vision.
Your Team:
The Cards Division comprises a dynamic team of professionals who collaborate in an agile environment to drive continuous improvement. You will work closely with a diverse group of Product Owners and advisors, benefiting from a wealth of expertise and perspectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in delivering successful solutions.
- Background in agile project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with the banking product landscape.
- Proficient in Agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Capability to optimize business value for both clients and the organization.
- Understanding of technical concepts with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant degree with significant industry experience.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English and French is essential, as you will frequently engage with service providers and partners.
