Senior Salesforce Developer / Team Lead

Tidal Commerce Inc. is a specialized eCommerce consulting and engineering boutique that offers comprehensive solutions from ideation to implementation and management.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer / Team Lead to join our team.

This role is critical in leading the development of custom Salesforce solutions and managing a team of developers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical discussions, providing guidance on best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems using Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP Web Services, and Bulk API.
  • Lead and contribute to Salesforce Commerce e-store implementations, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of developing with Salesforce, including custom objects, Apex, Triggers, Web Services, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Commerce, and Aura Components.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs, including REST/SOAP Web Services, and Bulk API.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce's capabilities and limitations, with the ability to communicate these clearly to stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions, mentor other engineers, and effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce e-store implementation.

Additional requirements include experience with Salesforce deployments using Copado and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
