Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at First Onsite Restoration. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the restoration of properties damaged by disasters such as water, fire, and other types of damage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Conduct site assessments and develop restoration plans to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients, insurance adjusters, and contractors to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance companies, and contractors to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the disaster restoration industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian building construction and relevant codes.
  • Proficiency with Xactimate (LEVEL 1, 2, or 3 is a must).
  • Proven experience in planning and monitoring project budgets.
  • Valid driver's license (FULL G).
  • Clean criminal record.
  • Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including material handling, lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, and crawlspaces).
