About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Truck Mechanic to join our team at Motorway Truck & Trailer Repair Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet of commercial transport trucks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements, to ensure our trucks are in good working condition.
  • Repair and Diagnosis: Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical issues with our trucks, including engine, transmission, and suspension problems.
  • Inspections and Testing: Conduct regular inspections of our trucks to identify potential issues and perform tests to diagnose problems.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, including communicating with them about the status of their vehicles and providing advice on maintenance and repair needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
