Director, Client Partnerships

Cowan Insurance Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Client Partnerships to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the client experience and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Lead and manage a team of client service professionals by providing coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Analyze data and trends to enhance overall client service performance and identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Manage budgets for the client service team and stay up-to-date with industry trends to stay competitive.
- Provide subject matter expertise and updates regarding industry trends and guidance on complex topics.
- Work collaboratively with senior management and other lines of business to implement new products and processes.
- Ensure escalated client and practice issues are dealt with efficiently.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as business or management.
- 5 years or more of benefits experience or equivalent, preferably in a benefits consulting or insurance setting.
- Experience in leading and motivating high-performance teams and culture.
- Knowledge of MS apps, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Superior organizational and time management skills with experience handling multiple priorities and requests.
- Highly focused with attention to detail and ability to collaborate well with others.
