Position Overview

RealCraft is seeking co-op students currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Accounting for a four or eight-month co-op placement.

As a Co-op Staff Accountant, you will be entrusted with significant audit and assurance responsibilities across various client projects. You will collaborate closely with your team, including senior management and partners, in an environment that values each employee's strengths and promotes both professional and personal development. This co-op role will provide you with valuable exposure to audit and tax processes, equipping you with the practical experience necessary for your CPA designation.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing financial statements and review engagements
  • Participating in audit processes
  • Preparing individual and corporate tax filings
  • Learning to manage your workload effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Handling comprehensive accounting files

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication abilities, demonstrate initiative and sound judgment, and be capable of identifying and resolving issues effectively.
