Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Energy Management Consultant to join our team. As an Energy Management Consultant, you will be responsible for building long-term customer relationships, working effectively with all channels, and delivering customer-based utilization services.
You will conduct canvassing and selling to new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer service and effective management of customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their energy management needs.
- Work effectively with all channels to deliver customer-based utilization services, including equipment selection, sizing, quoting, and installation.
- Conduct canvassing and selling to new and existing customers to grow the market and meet sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or equivalent working experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the energy management or HVAC industry.
- Industry knowledge and certifications, such as HRAI Certification for HVAC programs and designs, are an asset.
- Proven track record of delivering performance objectives and sales targets, meeting or exceeding goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
