About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Energy Management Consultant to join our team at Enercare. As an Energy Management Consultant, you will be responsible for building long-term customer relationships and delivering high levels of customer service.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their energy needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Work effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of customer-based utilization services.
- Conduct canvassing and selling to new and existing customers to grow the market and increase revenue.
- Manage and resolve customer concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or equivalent working experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the energy or HVAC industry.
- Industry knowledge and certifications, such as HRAI Certification for HVAC programs and designs, are an asset.
- Proven track record of delivering performance objectives and sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
