About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Barburrito Brooks. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, customer service, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Train and mentor food service staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Conduct inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies
  • Manage staff recruitment and performance
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and present reports to management
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management
  • Ability to relocate for the role
  • English language proficiency
