We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Perfect Janitorial Services. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our apartment/condominium complex.
Responsibilities- Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs; operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and debris; empty trash cans and other waste containers.
- Facilities Management: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems; contact tradespersons for major repairs.
- Groundskeeping: Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens; clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
- Winter Maintenance: Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
- Work Setting: Apartment/condominium complex.
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check; work term: permanent; work language: English; hours: 30 hours per week.
