Product Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead our Commercial Banking product strategy in Canada. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a deep understanding of the Canadian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Commercial Banking in Canada, aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Articulate the value proposition and benefits of our products to clients and stakeholders.
- Work closely with sales and solution management teams to execute go-to-market plans and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant Product, Strategy or Consulting experience within Payments (Banking or Fintech).
- Experience in translating strategic vision into customer-friendly language and articulating the client experience and value proposition.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas through compelling stories.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a global organization, influence others, drive results and change, and engage with clients and prospects.
