Product Manager

Croesus Finansoft, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development and innovation of our wealth management software products. As a key member of the executive management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our product offerings meet the evolving needs of our clients, maintain our market leadership, and support our growth objectives.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of SaaS technology product lifecycle in a B2B environment, as well as knowledge of FinTech in a B2B banking environment. They will be able to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

The Product Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
  • Overseeing research and concept development activities to innovate new products, product enhancements, and product redesigns
  • Interacting with clients and prospects to identify new markets, formulate the value proposition, define requirements, and lead the development of a product roadmap
  • Staying abreast of emerging technologies to assess how they can add value to our products
  • Communicating and executing the product vision with the Product Leader team
  • Working closely with internal teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure that the product meets user needs and Croesus's business objectives

The ideal candidate will have a university degree in business administration, engineering, or a relevant field, and a minimum of 15 years of experience related to software product development. They will have a successful track record of creating and driving product pipeline opportunities and be able to develop multiple visions and product roadmaps.
