We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at Technomind Software Inc. as a key member of our accounting department.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
- Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, reports, and other documents as required by management.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as accounting or finance.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
