Parts Clerk Supervisor

CSN Whitehorse is seeking a skilled Parts Clerk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parts inventory and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize inventory management.
- Organize and coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Plan and organize operational logistics, including inventory control and maintenance.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, sales, and other key metrics.
- Ensure the efficient operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Advise on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Sell spare and replacement parts, and process incoming requisitions.
- Maintain accurate records on inventory control systems, and issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use.
- Establish work schedules and procedures, and answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
- Perform general office duties, including receiving, unpacking, and sorting incoming parts, supplies, and materials.
- Ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment as needed.
- Prepare and track work orders, and handle cash transactions.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
