Parts Clerk Supervisor

CSN Whitehorse is seeking a skilled Parts Clerk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory control system.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize inventory management.
- Organize and coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other key performance indicators.
- Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of incoming requisitions and the issuance of parts and supplies.
- Establish and maintain accurate records on inventory control systems and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform general office duties, including answering telephone calls and relaying messages.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
