Job Description

**Job Title:** Registered Nurse RN Relocation Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our team in a relocation position at a long-term care facility in Madawaska Valley, Ontario.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide high-quality patient care to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team, patient, and family.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Act as a patient advocate, promoting patient rights and dignity.
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively with the care team to provide comprehensive care.

**Requirements:**

  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Valid Standard First Aid and Level C CPR certification.
  • Updated immunization records, including a two-step tuberculosis test within the last 6 months.
  • Clear criminal background check and Vulnerable Sector check.
  • Valid G2/G driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
