Key Responsibilities- Cash Handling and Inventory Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Staff Management: Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and feedback, and make recommendations for promotions or disciplinary actions.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals, promote a positive work environment, and foster a culture of teamwork and respect.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast food restaurant management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
