A&W is a leader in the fast food industry, and we're looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Manager in achieving A&W Restaurant Objectives in guest service, operating standards, marketing, and financial results.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for developing an outstanding restaurant staff team and employing team process skills to generate performance that exceeds guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Manager in achieving A&W Restaurant Objectives
  • Develop and lead a high-performing restaurant staff team
  • Implement and maintain high standards of guest service and operating procedures
  • Monitor and analyze financial results and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to read and analyze financial statements
  • Valid Food Handler Certificate
