About the Role

This is an entry-level position that requires no prior insurance experience. We provide comprehensive training to become a licensed insurance broker, and you'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team.

As an Insurance Solutions Specialist, you'll help customers find insurance solutions that meet their needs, ensure customer satisfaction, and create a trusting environment that fosters sales and customer retention.

You'll have the opportunity to test new sales strategies, techniques, and processes while providing feedback. Actively engaging in training and professional development is essential for success in this role.
