Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Shift Supervisor to join our team at Powder King Mountain Resort Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the nighttime operations of our resort, ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of nighttime staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Task Management: Assign and review work tasks, ensuring that all deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Resource Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to ensure the smooth operation of nighttime activities.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with staff, management, and guests to ensure a positive and safe experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Remote location, hotel, motel, resort, or ski centre/resort.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
