Job Title: Night Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Night Supervisor to join our team at Powder King Mountain Resort Inc.

Job Summary

The Night Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the night shift operations, ensuring a smooth and safe experience for our guests. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of night shift staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
