Job Title: Business Process Analyst

Elation Enterprises Inc is seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team. As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying and documenting technical requirements to ensure that our products, processes, and solutions meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to understand their requirements and provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Resolve conflict situations and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
