Job Title: Business Process Analyst

Elation Enterprises Inc is seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team. As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying and analyzing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to understand their business requirements and identify areas for improvement.
  • Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business needs.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Resolve conflict situations and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
