About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
