Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception Clerk to join our team at PHOENIX INVESTIGATION AND SECURITY SERVICES INC. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming and outgoing communications, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information on our services and policies.
  • Communication Management: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails and messages, and maintain accurate records of correspondence.
  • Administrative Support: Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Supply Management: Order and manage office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Financial Transactions: Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
