Job Summary

The Administrative Coordinator will play a vital role in providing administrative and reception support to our Richmond office. This position requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a friendly demeanor to create a positive experience for clients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our Counselling & Trauma, Victim Services, and FSEAP Programs
  • Manage a variety of administrative, clerical, and basic financial tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and staff
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve program goals and objectives

Requirements
  • Minimum of a Grade 12 diploma, plus two years of post-secondary education in business or administration
  • Three years of office coordination experience and administrative experience
  • Previous experience working in a non-profit is an asset
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills
  • Kind, calm, and welcoming manner and ability to relate well to children, youth, and adults
  • Strong ability to multitask, showing initiative and flexibility
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Adobe, and database software skills
  • Ability to adapt to and learn various software and client database programs
Additional Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • Passionate about the Counselling, Trauma & Victim Services Programs, and supporting marginalized populations
  • Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check
  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccination status will be required
