Air Train Freight Systems Inc. is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Technical Requirements: Develop and maintain technical requirements documents to ensure that our products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Design and Implement Solutions: Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet business needs.
  • Provide Strategic Advice: Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to support business objectives.
  • Assess Security Risks: Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware to ensure the security and integrity of our systems.
  • Develop Security Policies: Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Conduct Quality Reviews: Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure they meet business requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work independently, work under pressure, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, judgement, organized, innovation, analytical, and proactive.
